So recently, I've bought a cup from a respected online shop in China. For $92 RMB and a cup from a series I enjoy, not bad. (Made in JP's most prestigious company- COSPA)

So it arrived a few days back at my friend's address in China. What happened? It came in 2 pieces.
Wow. Am I pissed.
After some conversation with the shop owner, the problem was with the shipping company. This is how the handled my order.
